So impressed by the whole team at Audi Derby, especially during COVID 19. Customer service to its uttermost best level, constant level of communication (delays or good news), I am just SO impressed having gone to motorpoint my whole life. The difference in service will make me never ever go to a different dealer again. I just want to make a huge shout out to Chris Giglio, who has gone above and beyond for me and impressed me so much at Audi. Thank you so much for making my experience amazing, from to the gentlemen that originally booked my appointment, to the lovely Steph in accounts. Very grateful and so impressed. I never felt pressured into buying, was listened to exactly what I wanted and found the perfect solution as I was so unsure between 3 models. If I could give a 10 star service all around I would. Thank you 😊
