Awful - do not use

Unfortunately a negative review. I put a £200 deposit on a red vivaro van on the Friday, with the proviso that deposit would be refunded if there is any issue with the engine or gearbox. Van was low mileage and 2013 ex police – it sounded great On Saturday I phoned them saying I would like a look at the injectors – Autotech phoned me and told me injectors were fine and there was just a bit of corrosion on the cover bolts. This raised alarm bells I said any corrosion on injector was unacceptable. I was the told that any used car would have the same. Which is complete rubbish (I even checked my own 2010 car to confirm) The sent a photo and injector was completely corroded - To me this was an issue with the engine so deposit should be refunded. Not to Autotech Kent. “The van runs without a problem therefore the engine is fine. “ The injector is a ticking timebomb that when goes bad will costs thousands. This is a know issue with these vans, which even made it onto watchdog. However I will not get my deposit back I understand that work was generated when I put my deposit down and asked if we could come to a compromise. No flexibility or humanity just take the cash!
