I have just visited the showroom at Cotswold Gloucester BMW, I was outside looking a the cars as I am thinking of upgrading and there were TWO salesmen and not once did anyone ask if I need help. As for just that type of service I did not go any further I will find another showroom that will help the customers. Poor service as they work on commission. If you ask me stay clear unless you don't want to ask questions.
