Awful left my car damaged

Awful had terrible problems with the car stereo. The owner claimed he had one of his mechanics available to fix it. Who ended up being a family member and not a mechanic. The owner of the business would never talk to me and just sent the family member round. 3 stereos later and a broken boot opening switch as well as all the fuses getting mixed up leaving me unable to open the boot and us the wiper jet spray, which I eventually fixed. The last attempt to fix the stereo was in a Tesco car park, how unprofessional. In the end I brought a decent stereo and got a real expert to fit it. Think they have gone out of business now. I’d would have never brought a car from this company again. Shocking!!!
