Rubbish service!!!

Avoid this dealer...... We bought a Freelander in good faith before the lock down and waited until last week to collect. After driving 140 miles to collect the car, we drove it home only to find no air conditioning although it had been advertised with air conditioning. Popped it into local garage and we are looking at £1000 + to fix it. Nothing about the air conditioning works. This was also advertised with a cd changer which has the cassette missing so is totally useless. It doesn't stop there........... The roof aerial was stuck together with black insulation tape and once removed we could see it was totally broken. The radio did not work and when we asked for the code we was told it would be sent by text as he had to look it up. This did not happen...... we have since found out that the 4 digit code is displayed on the top of the radio but why did a Land Rover dealer not know that??????? Probably because then we would of known about the cover up job on the aerial. We have been ripped off and so please if you are thinking of buying a car from these cowboys think again........... This review is not worthy of the 1 star you have to give to allow a review...
