Rip off merchants, unqualified

Never take your car here for service, they will find an excuse to say your car is not safe to drive but they are happy for you to drive the car home. If you accept the extortionate cost of repair they will offer a discount but won’t tell you the cost of parts and labour vs discount. Apparently they can’t give you this information.so basically they already know the total cost of repair, jack up the price by 50% and then tell you they will knock off 15-20%. My cars been here 7 times in one year , simply because the car was never checked prior to sale. Their 124 point check is a 4 point check. Other time my car went back was because the techs didn’t do their work correctly and admitted it. They have no trained technicians they are all youngsters doing apprenticeship so they get paid to learn not paid todo a trained job. Avoid please please please don’t go here for service repairs or mot, if you must buy a car but get it checked out under the ramp or my an independent.
