bad service
left my car here to have its first service 10k miles . first thing i was told was i would have to pay 10 pounds plus vat for a covid 19 wipe down of the car, its anything to squeeze more money from you. when i got the car back there was no evidence of any routine service jobs being carried out on the car, door hinges and battery connection not greased for example. the car did not run correctly and on my first trip out it broke down , the fuel filter pipes had not been fitted correctly and had come away spraying fuel all over the engine bay. fortunately i had some mechanical knowledge and was able to fix the car on the side of the road . when my wife made a complaint to the dealer she was given the automatic response of how sorry they were but they just want you to go away they have hade your money. i have since re serviced the car myself to make sure the car is safe . it goes in to Hyundai to keep the warranty up
