Restored my faith in dealers

I bought a Ford Ranger in May from ANA. I dealt with a guy called Lino. He did everything and more to ensure I had all the info I needed during this time of covid19 even sending me videos and extra photos so not to waste a journey. We had many conversations on the phone and nothing was too much trouble, he was extremely patient and professional. The truck was as described and I’m very happy with it. There were a couple of after sales questions ( nothing wrong) things I could not work out to do with navigation system and stuff and he got back to me each time with remedies, even sending me things in the post that I needed. I really cannot recommend them enough. They go far and beyond any expectations I had. Thank you Lino and ANA!
