**** BEWARE **** Whole experience was a disaster from start to finish and honestly wished I had never met him or bought his cheap and nasty car. He didn't pay off the finance agreement on my part exchange until almost a month after the trade-in. I had to chase the finance company everyday to see whether he'd paid it or not. Then when I contacted the warranty company to make a claim they'd never heard of me. His response was that his wife had forgotten to submit my application. **** BEWARE ****
