Awful. Shambles of a 'garage'

If i could give this shambles of a 'garage' a minus 5 stars, believe me i would! After 18 months of fighting my complaint with the garage, then onto the finance company eventually taking my complaint to the ombudsman service which i am sure anyone reading this can find on their website now its settled under 'Mr M' against WSM and CBMF. I purchased a Mazda 3 MPS to what seemed to be a good car. I had it a few days to notice smoke from the exhaust when accelerating. I returned to WSM and queried this with Max, he assured me this was because the guy who had it before me has not used it for a while therefore its 'clearing the pipes'. I believed this at the time as it seemed feasible after the service i received from the garage. Only some weeks after the car engine started knocking. I immediately called Max and took the car to the garage. He started to video the car and started accusing me of racing it and all sorts. At this point i knew where he was going with this and instead of doing the decent and normal thing, sorting it out with the valid warranty that it was sold with he instead started trying to say it was my fault therefore did not want to know. Ive since took this further and as a result had to pay for a car and fight my complaint for 18 months with the finance company that yet again WSM had some leverages on so was somewhat difficult. Last week i finally won the complaint and rightly so. I'd just like to also add.. Prior to my car practically going bang, Max told me himself a car that he was selling, a Honda civic type R to be specific. He took this to Silverstone on a track day, he 'only needed' to replace the tyres and brake pads before placing it up for sale. Not to mention the amount of times (i've lost count) when passing the business they were racing cars up and down the road, snake taling up and down the road, all sorts. If theres any advise i could give anyone contemplating buying a car from this place, please just consider the above and just dont bother! Not to say all cars are like the one i bought, but the after service, the lies. Dont let them fool you. There is something not right about this place, keep away and avoid at all costs!!
