I had an amazing experience at Car Store Ipswich. I Contacted car store during lockdown about a Renault Clio and was impressed by the prompt and efficient customer service I received. All of my queries and questions were answered excellently and in brilliant time. On viewing day Gordon went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and assured about my purchase. The car was then delivered to me exactly on time and I could not be happier with it. The customer service on delivery day was again brilliant. The car is beautiful and drives like a dream. The process could not have been made simpler, everything was organised for me then and there.
