Poor conversation about service

Phone about my service and mot which was on a best service plan, I phone on Monday 01/06/2020 and arrange for the both to be done on Friday 05/06/2020 at 8:00 am. I arrived at the perry barr facility at 7:50 am to find the barriers down, did think that because I was early that was OK, I waited for 10 minutes and nothing open up, so I phone trust ford (that is experience in it self). Finally I got though to the service department, I stated to them that I was waiting outside to be told that the facility was open, I stated to them where are you ( We are at the Erdington branch) I stated to them that nobody told me that I would have bring it there because I had the car from perry barr. I stated to them I had no way of getting home from Erdington as I live over 15 miles away. When I arrived at the Erdington branch nobody seem to care. This service plan and warranty as cost me l £1700 do you think that is good service?
