Buying a car from RCS

Buying a car from RCS car group Worcester - March 2020. l was looking for a particular car for 4 months i.e. make, model, colour etc. RCS had this car for sale which l found on the Autotrader website with a very good description. l live in Surrey approx. 160 miles from Worcester so all the negotiations were done over the telephone. l called and spoke to Natasha who was very professional and also handled all the administration side of the sale. We agreed a price she also got me a quote for a small amount of finance which was an extremely good deal so l took the offer up (if you need finance l would recommend you get a quotation from them even if you have finance in place as a second opinion). l paid a deposit and Natasha made arrangements for the car to be taxed and for my personal number plate put on the car. She also handled the DVLA side of the paperwork. The car went to Stewart for preparation and it looked brand new when we picked it up. My wife commented: ‘its gleaming’. The car had a small service - a new 1 year MOT (no advisories,) also a 3 month warranty and a 1 year AA breakdown cover - very nice. l picked the car up and Kingsley handled the last stage of the paperwork and also showed me the car instruments etc. l was extremely pleased. l drove the car back to Surrey and the next day l noticed a light on in the instrument panel. The diagnose was that the gearbox oil was slightly low. l arranged for a local garage to top it up to the correct level and the light went off with no more problems. l telephoned RCS and told them about this slight problem. THIS IS IMPORTANT - this was handled in a very professional way by the owner Chris who reimbursed the money l had paid out and he was also concerned that l was happy so there is AFTER CARE which is very important. So finally the car is superb, drives beautifully and l am very pleased with RCS car sales of Worcester. Would l recommend them YES. Would l use them again YES. lf l was not happy with them l would not have written this testimonial.
