Avoid like the plague

*I would avoid using the cramlington branch as they bought this of silbury.,After serving my car, they have invalidated the rust warranty by not checking the Skoda online bodywork check box. Their website said car service include all warranty checks and the job sheet said they had done the car body checks. But they did not update the skoda website and Skoda are basically saying I have no rust warranty now because of this. Skoda are currently liaising with them to try and do the decent thing and pay for the tailgate rust to be fixed which they are refusing. Skoda say garage at fault, and will not budge.
