Misleading information

This is the second car we bought from Harry Fairbairn ,when we were going through the paper work I asked if there would be a service plan on this car we were told by the assistant that there would be as our previous car had one and we would not have taken the car without it ,I contacted Harry Fairbairn (Irvine ) to complain and felt the manager Steven Walsh was quite patronising.After contacting customers services, because there was nothing on our paperwork we took it for granted that everything was in place for us as told by our sales assistant .was so angry at the fact that they had given us misleading information . I certainly won’t be buying another car from this dealer in future if they can treat their (Valued Customers) in this way .
