Dreadful Nighmare of a Dealer

I fully sympathize with you. This guy, in short, should be put away and have his business closed down. He did the same thing to me. After purchasing a car from him, he made sure the camara was right above me when I signed the papers, and when I took the car back to London, 4 miles into the journey the car lost all his power. He refused to take my phone calls, and when I eventually spoke to him, he got rude and violent, completely unprofessional. This is the sort of speciment that trashes other honest car dealers reputation. When I checked it in Volvo, they told me I had been ripped off by £9000 worth of repairs. There was a lot of comms through Autotrader, but they lean towards the dealer, and eventually shut you (the buyer) off. I can tell you I got my money back through my bank, endorsed by my lawyer. Surprised he is still in business...
