Great Service and a great car!

I recently purchased an Audi A5 Cabriolet from Richard at OSG. The Audi was very competitively priced and when it came to part-exchange, Richard offered me the best deal by far! OSG are very helpful and accommodating to any request, and were quick to remedy any potential problems prior to the sale. My new vehicle was very well-prepared inside and out. When I came to collecting it, the handover of my old car and takeover of my Audi was completed with seamless ease. Richard offered me sound advice throughout and absolutely no pressure when it came to the sales process. Refreshingly, no extra costs were attempted by the well-worn “protect your car with ‘Whizzo-Super-Special Shine’ Body Guard” or other such sale pitches. Overall, this has been a very pleasing process made all the easier by Richard’s straight dealing and no-fuss approach. I thoroughly recommend Richard and OSG and would definitely go back.
