Scammers!!!

I purchased a car from them nearly 2 years ago. They contacted me to offer me a newer car. Said they would get me some quotes. A few months later I find out that £331 has been taken out of my account every month because they had applied and accepted finance in my name. I’ve never even seen the car but I’ve been paying for it. Do not trust them with any of your details they are scumbags that can’t be trusted. When I contacted Jonathan about the issue he just told me to cancel the direct debit and the bank should give my money back. And now he is not answering my phone calls
