disappointing

I saw a very nice bike for sale on their website and decided to buy it. When I phoned them I got very much a "take it or leave it" impression. They did not understand my wish to take the bike around the block before buying. When I asked the salesman if he would buy a 12000 pound bike unseen over the phone he said that they sold like this this all the time. Strange setup. Obviously, I walked away.
