Worst used car sales team on planet!

Avoid the commercial sales team! Was sold a faulty ranger that had a major gear box issue 10 days after sale! . I also taxed my car as usual with any sale however I had to return my car as the gear box failed!!! so I returned it. I'm still waiting for my tax v5 to arrive in the post 2.5 months later!!! so I can claim back my tax! All I get is fobbed off with a load of nonsense each time.
