Notability customer treatment was disgus

I had to take my focus in for a service, the disabled parking lot was full of new unregistered vehicles my courtesy car that had been ordered the week before didn't exist, I was supplied with a diesel fiesta that resembled a land fill site, dirty outside and inside, absolutely no fuel on it, fortunately there is an ASDA filling station across from the dealer, on returning the said fiesta, I was given the third degree as to why it was brought back in such a condition, of course I retaliated strongly, explaining that that's how I was given the car, needless to say,no apologies were forthcoming, I then enquired where My, car was it's in the carpark mate,came the reply ,I explained that I'm disabled and can't walk very far at all, I was given a look of tough tity, thrown the keys to my car across the desk, no help was offered on any occasion ,I struggled to find my car, which was dirty, not washed dirty hand prints on the inside, I just got in and came home disgusted, needless to say that I reported the incedent to notability operations,and haven't been anywhere near the place since, very angry from Lancashire
