Never being spoke to as badly
At first I had the same impressions as the rest of the people leaving the comments on their experience. Welcomed with a drink, not pestered, left to look around the car. I was over the moon with the vehicle I had bought. A week later after having the car I began experiencing issues which was fine aslong as it wasn't major, the gent who sold me the car was very helpful in organising this to be amended to ensure the car worked correctly due to being unfit for purpose. Cut a long story short I had the car for 2 months and 3 sets of eyes took a look at the issue which wasn't rectified so I requested a full refund. Obviously I stated my case over text to the gent reasons why and that I was entitled to it to cover myself. After returning the car to the garage I get a call from the owner himself refusing to pay me until he had the log book (had to take private reg off) but not only that from the off on the call he was screaming and swearing like a little girl down the phone calling me an arse hole. Obviously he was furious at the situation and didn't see me as a customer still, even though he had my 12 thousand pounds and the car. I couldn't believe that a grown man, 'business man' had called me to scream dramatically accusing me of wrong doing and untrustworthy. I was not going to post this as mentioned to the garage itself but I requested an apology from the owner but yet to hear anything so hear it is. The truth. Good riddance to from what I can only say was a stressful and horrendous experience. Can I add, the gent was tremendous throughout this, we shared texts which I wished his family well but the owner deemed my texts disgusting.
