Never never again

Never never never again from them!!!! I bought an SUV from them and after 2 months the car was off without even do a lot of miles. They sell me a warranty for £200 for 2 years but it was completely a lie. I try to use it in order to change the fan and in the book was saying that they cover the fan but even this didn’t work. They told me a silly excuse and then that they can’t cover the fan during the winter time (insane). We try to contact with them (Yate car sales) to find a solution as we paid a lot of money and we only take an answer for Chris “it is what it is”. He never helps us and after the second time we call him he said don’t you ever call back again in the office as they are not their problem and we create problem in their staff. We try to do everything but the car was old 2005 and we didn’t have any change as the car went of after only 2 months. They just simple ignore us. So don’t trust this guy Chris and make sure that you will check the car very well before you take it otherwise you will take the same answer “it is what it is”.
