Mis-sold us car / zero customer service

Purchased Porsche boxster in march, promised new mot and hpi certificate . no new mot or hpi given. despite them claiming their cars undergo thorough inspection and are a1 condition! days after collecting car we heard noise. Despite chasing we never had any return phone call. we had to have car inspected by Porsche who found that driveshaft / shock absorber leaking since oct 2019, all brake discs corroded, never had oil or air filter change in several years. wrong size front tyres fitted!! in total required over £4k of repairs and theyadvised us not to drive it . not one phone call from them other than some nasty emails from Tim . Currently taking them and their favoured finance company (alphera/bmw) to the financial ombudsmen for mis-selling. please please avoid this company at all costs
