Absolutely awful

The salesman turned up an hour late to open, the car was not even there, I was sent to Redditch town in a car with no fuel. The car was ready at 12pm instead of the 9:30 expected. The parcel shelf had all attachments removed, one front tyre had a slow puncture, both were below the legal tread limit. No locking wheel nut. The spare key was not given to me. The dealership said they had mailed it to me after, this was not the case and they had no proof of purchase. Avoid at all costs.
