Staff rude and knew little about car. Car itself was dirty and scratched. Despite this we paid £100 deposit as they said they would fix any marks, valet and deliver within two days. Never got car and they stopped taking our calls. We then read all the similar cases about CIA Motors on forums and have realised we won't be getting our deposit back.
