I wanted to say that I have done something I never thought I would, I bought a car unseen. What started as a general enquiry with Richard at GLC Autos on the phone having seen a car I liked the look of became a conversation in which Richard's straightforward and honest approach gave me confidence. I was guarded and uncertain at first but Richard answered my questions with knowledge and experience and above all reassurance. I was not pressurised in any way, merely given the information I needed plus some key added info to make me confident that payment up front for a delivered vehicle which I had not seen, would work, work well and would leave me very happy.
