LEFT ME WITH A £600 BILL!!

If I could give less than 1 star I would have. Absolutely shocked about the customer service of RAD Sports Cars. The warranty they provided isn’t worth the paper it is written on. Vehicle was not as described and paid extra for the vehicle as it had all the ‘bells & whistles’ only to find out it had wiring issues and intermittent problems. Report carried out advising it was a fire hazard of which this company did nothing about, no concern for my safety at all. Emails back and forth for weeks with no resolution and bam, the company is now no longer trading. What an absolute joke. All numbers have been disconnected and email has a bounce back message. Complete lack of care for customers and couldn’t careless now I have to pay nearly £600 to resolve the issue myself. Could have paid less for a better car but was reassured it was the ‘best spec on the market’. I put my trust in Richard and Daniel and bought this vehicle in good faith that it was a decent company as never bought off a garage before... and now I will never buy from a garage again. Avoid this company if you don’t like disappointment.
