Dangerous Cars

Purchased a car for my nephew, issues with it on route home. Got a local garage to assess and despite being given an 11 month & lots of paperwork in relation to work completed on the car... the local car said it would fail an MOT & was dangerous to drive in the condition it was. Would cost more than I paid for the car to get it roadworthy. Tried to engage with the garage who trade as Premier Motors, BCN Cars and FY Autos - no reply. Rejected the car, still no reply. Paid by credit card - used this and the chargeback scheme and finally, after 9 months I got my money back. However during this process the director of FY Autos provided a letter to his bank to justify keeping my £1000 about a fictitious transaction over a Mercedes and produced a forged document car receipt and forged my signature on it !! , This has all been formally reported to the authorities. This garage would appear to be a front of numerous individuals buying cheap cars from auctions/privately, getting false documents made to show works being completed, using 'dodgy MOT's' and then selling on if you are prepared to provide forged documents to a bank & thus commit criminal offences they will do anything. Do not under any circumstances use this garage! The review wouldn't allow no stars as that is exactly what I would award!
