I called in to make a deposit and keeps car waiting for me on a promise if I didn't like the car I'd get my money back. I told him I was coming Sunday 10-11 am. When I got there they had no idea I was coming, nothing was prepared and and they had to go find the car bare in mind the bloke I spoke to on the phone was the man I saw in branch. The condition of the car was poor and he had no idea about the car at all or Citroen for that matter. He started serving other customer so we were not priority anymore and the test drive he did not come with us. We found a different car at a different garage with much better service all round so when we asked for the deposit back he basically refused and said he would have to talk to the boss about maybe getting it back until we told him that we will go to court then he said he will try his best. Bad garage bad service I would not recommend to anyone. Freeborn Southampton. I ended up going to Yeomans in Fareham and that was a lot better.
