Bentley Bentayga Experience

Th experience I have with the above Bentley over the last 12 months has been one of the worst :- 1. The numbers worked out on financial agreements – This was incorrect few times and I had to repeatedly highlight the inaccuracies on several occasions. The impression I use to get is that the two representative were trying to overcharge me for the mistakes they have made on few occasions 2. The design of the car – Various options were given and the final design and spec I received were actually not far off from my current vehicle i.e. Porsche Cayenne though the price is more than double. Hence I am overall disappointment with the final product AS I CANNOT JUSTIFY the cost against the final product 3. Finance agreement date – Start date is shown as the 18th March when the vehicle has still not being collected 4. Vehicle collection date – It was initially agreed to be the 24th of March but the sales representative has informed me on 23rd March that the vehicle cannot be delivered now and neither can I come collect it In conclusion, the customer service is so poor for a company which prides on luxury and professionalism
