Faulty engine, no warranty & serv hist
Faulty engine Ford S-Max sold to me, warranty and service history not provided even though I was promised it would be sent to me a few days after I purchase the car. Each time I call Chelmsford Garage to request for the warranty and service history, I am told by the secretary that the message would be passed on to the manager. I have sent two emails to the manager and have received no reply to my emails. I feel duped.
