DISGUSTING SERVICE - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Avoid Avoid Avoid - I purchased a Kia Car March 2019 from Phoenix Kia Paisley - in the last few weeks water has been getting in at the drivers side on the floor. My husband took the car in on 6th March, after 5 hours,, was told the water was coming in through the windscreen, but oh lo and behold it isn't a genuine Kia part - surprisingly we purchased the car from Kia so why isn't the part a genuine Kia part Anyway they told my husband they would get back to him, but again surprisingly we have heard nothing, I have called them 4 days in a row to be told they will get back to me. Moral of the story, once they have your money they are not interested.
