CCJ sought against them

Bought a car from Approved Motor Company which lasted just 4 hours before major mechanical failures rendered the car unusable. Despite 30 day return policy, they refused to take the car back when I reported the failure straight away. Evidence passed to Trading Standards who are investigating potential criminal charges. Civil action undertaken through the small claims court and a CCJ in my favour has now been issued. However, no repayment has been received. It looks like Tavion Hill is trying to close the business down. Beware any replacement start-up business
