AWFUL DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE

They are rude!! They miss lead you!! The communication is awful! They don’t have a clue what they’re doing! It’s dead in there all the time and now I know why!! Needs new staff and people who know what they’re doing!! We put a deposit down for a car, got told to pick it up on the Monday and then when it came to picking it up got told a different price, if it wasn’t for Laura the manager of finance to keep sorting their stuff out!! When we asked how long our refund would take - Ollie/Oliver told us he’s not a bank! He was extremely rude and patronising. Would never deal with Trust Ford Cobham again.
