Beware

Absolutely appalled at Paynes of Hinckley. The accident repair centre attached to it have been horrendous! They quality checked my vehicle before letting me drive it away with a “completely flat tyre”. They lie constantly, even about silly things such as the name of their dealer principle. The only good thing about them is a salesman called Chris, who personally went above and beyond to help me when Payne’s courtesy car completely dies in the middle of a main road. To say they are a catalogue of errors is an understatement! BEWARE!!!
