disappointing

I bought a Volkswagen Polo last December from Edinburgh Car Store. When test driving I was told that the motor still needed to warm up for the heating to work. I was also told that the exhaust had been checked and that it was okay despite the fact that it was quite loud. I recently had to get both heating and exhaust repaired, clearly all faults that were there at the time of the purchase. The RAC warranty that came with the car did not cover these repairs. The dealer does not reply to my emails ( replied immediately when I was in the process of purchasing the car). Disappointing. I was not told the truth about specific questions I had about the car.
