Let me state that I have no financial or other interest in this business - my wife simply purchased a Mini Cooper from her. Tracey at Mrs Mini is one of those rare car dealers who obviously believes that looking after people will always drive more business in the future. We had an issue with an engine warning light and yes, it took a few visits and the car spent some time with her people - but she persisted until we were happy. She has demonstrated several times her knowledge of minis and given us great advice. After my daughter bought a car from a different dealer this year and has had problems she has been happy to offer advice and much more (this review is by way of a thank you to her for all the help) . To the person who wrote the really negative review - what you dont say is what the problem was, why it was not resolved and why you feel the way you do. It smacks of a fake review as you have provided so little information. From my perspective the service we have received - Mrs Mini has been better than any other dealer I have ever dealt with - the yard stick by which you evaluate car dealers is how they act when things go wrong - in this regards I cannot fault her - Paul Hyatt (search and you will find me on line as this is not a fake review) Woking, Surrey.
