A total rip off!

I placed a £200 deposit on a car with Wheatley Cars, but did some research on the vehicle and found it overpriced by a considerable margin. I decided not to go ahead with the purchase and despite numerous phone calls I have been unable to retrieve my deposit. I have never come across such atrocious behaviour in a retailer for many years.
