False Advertisement

before I start , if you are thinking of buying anything from this place, go back, if you have bought something, know your right (Consumer's right ACT 2015 ) I purchased a car from a guy called SAMI ay CARS YARD LTD on 18/02 as no fault was described in the advert at auto trader. within 1 day it was found the car has a burning smell, took the car back , told me he would fix it, after chasing it for about 10 days, even though it was under warranty he lied and said I need to pay money for the LABOUR , I asked him to show me where it states that, he said he will , never did. I paid to get rid of him as he can not speak english and seems very poor in terms of knowledge of LAW and about everything. as soon as I drove out, found out the radiator was not working. Took it back immediately and told me we will repair it and comeback the next day. this guy (SAMI) called me the next day that the car is ready, when I got there , I was being told they need the car for another two days as they found a new fault because it is misfiring. Collected the car two days later and immediately found out the steering has a problem , took it back and the mechanic said the power steering is gone within 10 second of looking at it! They owner that can not speak proper english (SAMI) swore to god that the car has no problem and will fix it. I called many times for the next 2-3 days. He said he has no idea when the car is going to be fixed, even thou he said on the day it would be fixed ASAP. I asked for a refund after he said the car would be ready the next week (it would be over 30 days and he has no obligation to refund then!), he said he has to deduct 15% , I explained under my right he has to give me a full refund. he said no he doesn't and told me to go to court. I notified him I need his details for legal action, he threatened he will call the police , I called the police my self and they said they don't get involved with disputes and directed me to the right organisation. In short summary SAMI can not speak english and is very uneducated. He swore to god the car has no problem and it was checked before sales ( was never checked) The mechanic this SAMI guy has is an amateur and has no idea what he is doing. SAMI will cheat and provide warranty which he does not honour and does not believe in the UK Law, so be aware, you are talking to a cheater. I am in the process legally to deal with this guy ( SAMI) as he lied in his advertisement and mislead , sold me a faulty car as non faulty.
