Bought a 30 year old Ford Sierra 1.8LX for £2000 from TDMCK Car Sales, I asked them in detail to describe and photograph thet vehicle (screenshots available) I wasn't too stressed about the mechanical, but the body must be good. Well, the underside of the car that they described it as "mint" was far from it! There was bodged welding, heavy corrosion and even worse....the Seat mounts were corroded so badly, they were burst away from the floor! Both sills had been horrendously repaired (photos available) The front bumper mounts were nonexistent. Holes in the footwell. I got ZERO response regarding these horrendous issues.....and yes....it's MOT'D! Every single panel has some major rework issue, The bumper are cracked and it's rough up close. It had the wrong suspension springs fitted and sat ridiculous, not so apparent in images. Their response (screenshots available) "you need to expect age related marks." Rot, panel damage and cracked bumpers are FAR from age related marks They ignored me.
