Very helpful! Very good first impression

I dont understand why so many customers have left such scathing negative feedback for Rightgear Motorcycles Ltd! I purchased a brand new bike from them recently and Graham and his older partner, I assume his dad, bent over backwards to help. Granted Im new to them but first impressions are the last as they say. I cant say anything wrong with them so far. I would give them 5 stars but as its early days yet, 4 stars are adequate!
