Aftersales very poor

Car generally clean and in good condition, but I was advised the missing boot cover would be made available for me at pickup, but it wasn't. An effort was made by dealer to send me a cover after many phone calls chasing, but it was incorrect.I have since called several times and sent emails , but there is no response. I had other minor problems with the car , but I fixed them myself as I had no confidence in the after sales., this was however my choice.
