BMW Wollaston

Took my BMWX5 to BMW Wollaston yesterday the 7th of March 2020 and they told me that they couldn’t test my car because it needed 4 new tires Metal cord showing on every single tire I requested a video the video showed no signs of no cord Went to speak to the guy hadn’t put it back up on the ramp to show me the cord no cord showing cut a long story short They lied and tried to charge me £1060 for four new tires before they could Road test Now been to see another mechanic and there is nothing wrong with the tyers at all frauds is the only word form them please request video of anything they’re trying to charge you for because I’m finding out they do this to a lot of customers will not be using BMW what is that again I will definitely be taking them to court x
