Cheated me our of refund twice

Expressway Gumtree advert offered Octavia 78mpg, sat nav, 2015 car @ £2000 more than English prices but need took me on 90 minute bus ride to Expressway Cars Kirkintilloch after several calls checking specs, emphasising need for cat 6 emission car. During purchase, dealer said car was emissions 5.5 - I queried this reminding him i was in need of emission 6. he confirmed car was emission 6. Made purchase by card. Before driving off I asked for help to set sat nav. Dealer confirmed no sat nav so I cancelled. Thankfully, because even though dealer offered to install sat nav, I found out the car was emission 5 Dealer deducted £694.95 from the refund, charging £54.95 for MOT, £205 for service, £369 for Auto warranty, and £20 for fuel (for test drive of 78 mpg- car??!! ) i personally had to cancel the Auto warranty who agreed to give full refund but could only refund dealer, who then added £316.11 ( from £369) to first cheque Considering how knowledgeable and helpful the dealer claimed to be - claiming to hold my best interests at heart.... I gather the dealer is a branch of Arnold Clark.. so...
