Cheated me our of refund twice

Found several cars north England at £2000 less than the same car in Scotland, category 6 emission, 78 mpg, sat nav, etc, but urgency forced me to look closer to home. Found an advert for an Octavia under Expressway Cars, phoned to check specs, and specified several times need for low emission vehicle. a 90 minute bus ride found me in Kirkintilloch for the test drive. During purchase, dealer said car was emissions 5.5 - I queried this reminding him i was in need of emission 6. he confirmed car was emission 6. .made purchase by card. about to drive away when discovered there was no sat nav. changed mind and handed back the keys. the dealer offered sat nav but i found out the car was not emission 6. the dealer deducted £694.95 from the refund., charging me £54.95 for MOT, £205 for service, £369 for warranty, and £20 for fuel (for test drive of car supposed to cover 78 mpg- ) - i personally had to cancel the warranty who gave full refund after which he added £16.11 ( from £369) considering how knowledgeable and helpful the dealer claimed to be - claiming to hold my best interests at heart.... I gather the dealer is a branch of Arnold Clark.. so...
