best service I have EVER been given!
In January 2018, I bought a Brand new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from a Jeep Dealer in Bristol. 12000 miles in and the Jeep started to fail badly. I would lose Power steering randomly... car went back to Bristol dealer, but the dealer shut down a few days later. My car was stuck in Bristol and I started being played by various Jeep departments... no way to retrieve the car unless by paying myself for the towing to another dealership!! I called Johnsons in Swindon and their Senior Service Advisor, Mark Beachey, took over the case: not only the car was then transferred flawlessly, but it didn’t cost me a penny. Since then Mark has been pushing again and again on Jeep for them to help fixing the issue with the car, constantly keeping me in the loop and explaining the current status and the next steps. Really, it has been a blast to see someone with so much professionalism!!!! I can’t thank Mark enough for his help , availability, patience and courtesy!!!! When you are in a bad position this is the difference between hell and paradise!!! Thanks you so Much.
