My partner recently left a £400 deposit for a jeep that we were buying here. After coming home and doing an mot history search online we realised that the jeep had failed several MOT’s and although it had passed a more recent MOT the work had not been carried out. He rang them the next morning to state the issue and asked for the deposit back but the garage said that they may not be able to refund our deposit because the advert for this vehicle has now been taken down online. It’s been 2 days and they have not contacted us to let us know if they will refund the deposit. I will update this review as the situation changes so that correctly reflects the service that is received.
