wont refund brand new truck

They damaged truck by bad installing the roll-top. Caused other issues. They refuse to accept there is a problem even after getting the report from another mitsubishi dealer they sent me to. Just give me a new truck as I paid for or refund as per my legal rights. Only 1 day old 2020 plate
