no fuss and friendly!

Had very pleasing recent visit to Johnsons Seat Liverpool in Pall Mall. Staff friendly and welcoming, and it was good to be offered a nice cup of tea! Big thanks to Lee in the showroom for taking the time to listen and go through the details of what I wanted. Nothing was too much trouble for him; had great test drive which was relaxing and very informative, with Lee explaining things about the car in a calm, knowledgeable manner. Very professional and reassuring. Must also thank Luke for the high standard of customer care when I called in to collect my Seat car. Got a really good part-ex deal on my car so very happy all round. Thank you everyone at Johnsons Seat Liverpool.
